Madison police are investigating a report of a man following a girl Monday night.
According to a Madison Police Department incident report, a suspicious male followed a girl in the South Park Street area and Buick Street and attempted to make unwanted conversation with her.
The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. at 1900 South Park Street when the girl was able to flee to a safe location and call for help.

The suspect is described as a white male with bright blue eyes, wearing a tan t-shirt and having a deep voice. He was also described as driving a medium sized white pick up truck with rust around the front wheel wells.
