The rebranding of Steepery into Sencha has transformed the shop into a modernized tea bar. Its freshly hung contemporary sign perfectly captures this aesthetic, as well as the eyes of passersby. The exterior certainly measures up to Sencha’s cozy aesthetic, and is apparent once one steps inside this inviting shop.

Join ArtsEtc. Editor Veronica Kuffel and ArtsEtc. Associate Editor Rachael Lee as they venture into Madison to taste test four different boba tea shops: Sencha, Kung Fu Tea, Le C’s and Taiwan Little Eats.
