Man allegedly kicked, spit at police at Segredo on Saturday

A 19-year-old man was arrested early Saturday after an altercation at Segredo where he allegedly kicked and spit at police, as well as punched a bouncer.

According to a police report, Samuel Perkins Hoffman of Grafton, Wisconsin, went behind the bar at Segredo and started drinking from the fountain. After he was asked to leave, he became unruly, fighting with bouncers and police, the police report said.

During the altercation, the suspect allegedly punched a bouncer in the face, kicked a police officer in the stomach and spit at another officer, according to the police report. Police said he also threatened to kill the bar’s bouncers and directed a racial slur at an African American bouncer.
