Madison Police Department officers were walking down the 600 block of State Street Friday night when they saw two individuals inside a restaurant who appeared to be unconscious.
According to the MPD significant call log, the officers got into the restaurant and found both people to be unresponsive.
Four officers used multiple doses of department-issued naloxone before the individuals responded.

The two subjects, who admitted to using heroin, were transported to a hospital.
