In photos: Sunburst Festival gives taste of Union South

Annual event offerened many activities to students, but long lines plagued event

Hundreds of students descended on Union South to welcome the school year with the annual Sunburst Festival. Free food, rock climbing, cheese tasting, a cappella performances and team trivia gave students a taste of what the union has to offer.

Though there was much to do at the festival, there were far more people than activities at the festival, which resulted in excessive lines. The crowded building left many students standing in line for most the festival.
