Shrekfest 2016 exceeded all expectations and was far too crazy to describe using simply words. Shrekfest was a day of activities ranging from an onion eating competition, retro “Shrek” video games, a costume competition, live bands and much more.
3GI Industries, a comedy “goof troupe,” hosted the Saturday event and supplied refreshments at James Madison Park. Doing a great job maintaining Madison’s weird reputation, Shrekfest was just as fun as it was strange.
