Early Sunday morning, State Street Brats employees wrestled a man to the ground after revealing a weapon that turned out to be a “real looking” BB gun.

According to a Madison Police Department incident report, 21-year-old Marquon Clark appeared to be involved in a dispute on the second floor of State Street Brats around 1:30 a.m. When two employees tried to intervene, Clark pulled a weapon from his waistband and pointed it at them. The employees wrestled him to the ground, disarmed him and held him down until police arrived.

Clark initially gave officers several fake names and was later arrested on charges of disorderly conduct while armed, obstructing, felony bail jumping and on a probation hold.
