A Madison man was arrested early Saturday morning after attacking a Fort Atkinson man at Whiskey Jacks Saloon on State Street.
According to a police report, 28-year-old Ra Fury, attacked another 28-year-old man around 1 a.m. Saturday and was arrested for substantial battery.
The victim was sitting at the bar when Fury attacked him from behind, the report said. Fury then began repetitively punching the victim in the head, laughing while doing so, the report said. Paramedics arrived to treat the victim, who needed 12 stitches after the attack.

According to the victim, he and Fury both have interest in the same woman, which might be a motive for the attack, the report said.
