The men, Jonathan Sterling, 21, Adam Villegas, 19, and Ibrahim Adeigbe, 23, were joined by officers next to a fire escape, the report said. Ald. Mike Verveer, District 4, said the arrests were not gang related.

ALLIED DRIVE

Sexual Assault

A woman was arrested for sexual assault of a child and disorderly conduct Saturday on Allied Drive, another MPD report said. The report said Juanita Perry, 37, of Madison was taking pictures and making suggestive remarks to children on the playground of the Allied Drive Learning Center.

One victim, an 11-year-old Madison girl, claims Perry removed her from the equipment and touched her buttocks twice. The woman admitted to police that she had been drinking, but she denied having contact with the children.

REGENT STREET

Weapons Violation

Two Madison men were arrested in connection with a weapons offense Friday on Ash Street and Regent Street, an MPD report said. The report said a vehicle driven by Carmelo Selgado-Lopez, 19, struck another Madison man.

The passenger, Uriel Duran-Martinez, 18, got out and spoke to the victim, attempted to punch him and pointed to a gun.

When police arrived, the suspects fled. When another officer pulled the car over, they found only Selgado-Lopez and no weapons.

Further investigation led police to the guns, the report said.
