According to a University of Wisconsin crime warning, a battery was reported on Lakeshore Path at 4:00 P.M. Saturday.
The exact location and a description of the suspect was unknown to the victim, the crime warning said. The incident occurred sometime Saturday afternoon.
University of Wisconsin Police Department said they are still investigating the case and anyone with information should call UWPD at (608) 264-COPS.
