In a kickback to the early days of the Mifflin Street Block party where cannabis, not alcohol, was the norm, the Madison chapter of NORML organized a medical marijuana rally that started on the steps of the capitol and made its way down State Street and into the throngs of party goers on Mifflin Saturday.[/media-credit]
