Madison customers will have the opportunity to purchase top brands at a 30-70 percent discount this fall now that Nordstrom Rack has announced its plans to open at West Towne Crossing, adjacent to West Towne Mall.
The store will be approximately 30,750 square feet, moving into a space previously occupied by Gander Mountain Outlet, according to a statement. Its retail neighbors will include Ulta, Best Buy, Metcalfe’s and Kohl’s, the statement said.
“We’re excited to have the opportunity to bring a Nordstrom Rack to Madison and be a part of the community with our new location across from the West Towne Mall,” Nordstrom Rack President Geevy Thomas said in the statement. “We’ve been looking for ways to better serve our customers living in Wisconsin and are excited to open our doors this fall.”
Nordstrom, Inc. is a leading fashion specialty retailers based in the U.S. It currently operates 261 stores in 35 states, including 140 Nordstrom Racks, according to the statement.
The new store to open this fall will be Nordstrom’s second location in Wisconsin, the first is set to open in Wauwatosa this spring, the statement said.
