A 23-year-old female was sexually assaulted inside the State Street Campus Ramp early Sunday morning.
According to a Madison Police Department incident report, two men approached the victim while one sexually assaulted her and the other watched as a look out.
The victim said the two men left when a disturbance broke out in the ramp.
A security guard found the victim crying and crouched between two cars.

MPD identified two suspects. One is a black male, 24-to 25-years-old with black hair that is shorter on the sides, longer on top and wearing dark clothing. The other is a black male, 24-to 25-years-old, short hair on the sides, longer on top with a gold t-shirt and South Pole jeans.
