The renovated space features cozy study spaces as well as fresh looks for old favorites including Daily Scoop, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, and a largely expanded Badger Market.

Ice cream lovers will delight in the expanded Daily Scoop’s bright, retro design, as well as the new “Freshman 15” menu item, a 15-scoop sundae meant to be shared with friends in celebration of memories made at the Union.

Der Rathskeller, new salad and sandwich café Carte and Italian restaurant Strada will begin serving food in January.
