A far cry from the scene at the Capitol this time last month, the rotunda was virtually empty Tuesday afternoon. Visitors still followed security protocol consistent with the protests, though; only the Hamilton Street and Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., entrances were open, still subjecting those entering to bag searches and metal detectors.
