Madison’s favorite holiday: 4/20

420_BB — Groups of students and other Madison residents celebrate not only the beautiful weather Tuesday, but also the unofficial holiday of embracing illegalities, including smoking marijuana. Supposedly the police code for narcotics abuse, 4/20 came to signify the time and day for lighting one up.[/media-credit]
