After coming into the program as a defensive back, freshman Quincy Landingham made the switch from the secondary to the backfield during the summer.
At the time, running back John Clay’s status was up in the air and Wisconsin only were three deep at the position, so it only made sense that Landingham, who played the position in high school, changed positions.
Now after a few strong practices this week, Landingham could see the field Saturday.
However, P.J. Hill, Zach Brown and Lance Smith remain ahead of him on the depth chart.
