There has been talk that the best bacon in Wisconsin may be sizzling its way over to the Alliant Energy Center Nov. 1 for The Madison Bacon Festival.
This event is being hosted by the Iowa-based Blue Ribbon Bacon Festival. Blue Ribbon Bacon Festival announced the date of this event on its Facebook page Tuesday afternoon. However, the event cannot yet be found on Alliant Energy Center’s website.
Blue Ribbon Bacon Festival is an organization that provides bacon-lovers and festival attendees with bacon information sessions, bacon companionship, bacon samplings, bacon recipes and much more.

Supposedly, there will be more information on ticketing sometime in August, as the event date gets closer.
Until then, bacon night will have to suffice.
