Heart-Healthy Apple Cinnamon Muffins
Ingredients:
1 cup oats (quick-cooking oats are fine)
1 cup skim milk
1 cup whole wheat flour
? cup brown sugar , packed
? cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon baking powder
? teaspoon baking soda
? teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
