[Great profile in the Capital Times ](http://www.madison.com/tct/news/316003)of the lawyer Michael Gableman hired to represent him before the State Judicial Commission, which has charged the justice with violating the Wisconsin Judicial Code of Conduct. James Bopp Jr. is apparently the GOP’s go-to man on social issues. He represented the Wisconsin Right to Life Committee in its landmark lawsuit against campaign finance restrictions, as well as served as Mitt Romney’s adviser on “family and life issues.” Bopp will likely argue Gableman’s defense based on free speech concerns.
