The Wisconsin Badgers have produced a number of NFL caliber tight ends, and that has attracted some of the nation’s top tight end prospects.
After a visit to UW, Mannaseh Garner, a prospect from Pittsburgh, committed to the Badger coaching staff.
Garner plays a number of positions on both sides of the ball for his high school team, but the Badgers have recruited him as an H-back for their tight end heavy system. The 6-foot-2-inch prospect received notable offers from Maryland, Pittsburgh, and Minnesota.?
On film, Garner shows superior athleticism. He displays the ability to break tackles and rarely goes down on first contact. To get the ball in his hands as often as possible, Garner takes some snaps at quarterback for his high school team. His running ability is impressive and with some?improved?route running, Garner should develop into a nice player for UW.?
