As they always do, the 2026 Grammys came and went. Lasting sentiments were left on stage, with the public looking forward to their favorites dripping in luxury on the coveted red carpet. Naturally, I’m here to tell you exactly who the best-dressed stars were. I promise I won’t snub anyone, but don’t be surprised if I sneak in an unexpected star who deserves a little more credit.

Alright, let’s kick this off with what is undeniably one of the best looks of the night: Sabrina Carpenter’s silvery gown. Not one piece of the dress was uninteresting or unembellished. The bodice of the dress was covered in carefully placed beads and jewels, which flowed out into a mesh skirt endowed with shimmering pearls. To elevate the look, she sported a short-sleeved shawl, decked out in pearls and lined with white trim. Now this — this was exceptional, and is one of the rare moments where I can justify the lack of a necklace.

Another fan favorite, and rightfully so, was Olivia Dean’s Chanel dress. The black sequins trailed down from the top to her waist, the black and white feathers that were bunched around her: excellence. It then flowed into a simple white ballgown with a train — she looked absolutely flawless. I do, however, have one query: why no necklace? Because of the cut of the dress, her neck is completely bare. My in for 2026 is accessorizing.

Now, for our first male entry — maybe this is a hot take, maybe it’s not — but I personally loved Bad Bunny’s suit. From the front, it’s classic, a simple tuxedo with a white lapel. But upon turning around, he revealed the back of his suit jacket, which was laced up with leather strings and gold buttons, resembling a corset. It can be easy to get bored with the typical suit on the runway, but I enjoyed how he added his own touch — it’s a classic for a reason. 

Okay, let me speak my truth here. Addison Rae looked so pretty. I’ll admit, I am a big fan, but the silhouette of the dress was feminine, and the length was unique from a traditional floor-length gown. I’m obsessed. Underrated look, for sure.

Taking us home is going to have to be Sombr. Another suit, yes, but in a way that catered to his personal style. It was glittery, it was colorful, and the open jacket with the lacey undershirt was a fun choice. I loved how it went all the way up to his neck (see a common theme here?), and the pointy shoes were a great expression of his personality and performance.
