Catie Stumpf is a copy chief at The Badger Herald. She is from the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She is a junior studying English, life sciences communication and environmental studies. Catie currently works on the education & outreach and communications teams at UW–Madison’s Office of Sustainability, reporting and writing interdisciplinary sustainability pieces, and is the president of the Audubon Society, UW–Madison chapter. Catie is interested in professional writing and an editorial career in scientific communications and environmental conservation.
