A Madison man suffered minor injuries after falling from the second level of a downtown parking garage early Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred around 1 a.m. at the State Street Campus Garage, following the Badgers’ NCAA Championship loss to Duke University’s Blue Devils.
According to a Madison Police Department incident report, a security guard called for help after finding the 19-year-old victim on the pavement.

Upon arrival, officers indicated the victim was intoxicated, according to the report.
MPD spokesperson Joel DeSpain said the victim was later taken to an area hospital.
