A Madison man was arrested Friday night on his sixth offense of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
Around midnight Friday, Madison police officers were sent to the parking lot of the High Noon Saloon to respond to a male driver in a vehicle who appeared to be passed out, according to the Madison Police Department incident report.
Upon arrival, officers saw a vehicle matching the description driving through the parking lot of the High Noon Saloon, according to the report.
Officers made contact with the driver, who was identified as Madison resident, John Miller, 54. According to the report, Miller was unaware of his surroundings and incapable of operating a motor vehicle.
According to the report, officers arrested Miller and he was taken to jail.
