The driver of a vehicle driving the wrong way on West Gorham Street early Thursday was arrested and charged with a third drunken driving offense.
According to a police report, Madison police attempted to stop 27-year-old Amir Hudson of Madison at approximately 2 a.m. Thursday morning as he drove eastbound on West Gorham Street, a one-way, westbound street.
Hudson did not pull over for several blocks, the report said.
In addition to the drunken driving charge, Hudson faces charges of driving against traffic, fleeing/eluding and resisting/obstructing, the report said.
