The Madison Police Department responded to a sexual assault on the 100 block of State Street Sunday afternoon.
Police arrested 52-year-old Tyrone Flood and charged him with 4th degree sexual assault following the incident, according to the MPD report.
The incident occurred at approximately 3:17 p.m. when Flood lead the victim, a 29-year-old woman, into a restroom at 122 State St. Upon entrance, Flood fondled her and forced her to fondle him, the report said.

Both the victim and Flood are homeless and living in the downtown area, the report said.
The investigation is ongoing.
