Police arrest man in tree staring into woman’s Langdon residence

Police arrested 54-year-old John Kuznezow for invasion of privacy and an existing probation hold after finding him in a tree on the 100 block of Langdon street.

According to a Madison Police Department incident report:

Officers arrived at on Langdon street after reports of a man in a tree possibly peering inside a nearby residence. He was still in the tree and appeared to be looking through the window of the second story of an apartment building when officers arrived.

When the police asked the man to get down they noticed his pants were undone and found that he had no valid reason to be in the tree. Officers then discovered there was a woman inside the residence at the time who had been unaware of her audience.

Kuznezow was taken to the Dane County Jail for the above charges.
