TAMPA (MV) — Outback Bowl MVP ballots have been loitering about the press box here for a while. Many of us have been reluctant to fill them out, with the outcome of the game still very much in jeopardy. But after P.J. Hill's 50 yard burst a few moments ago, things have become a lot easier — he has been the most valuable player of this game, despite not getting the start, and has turned in an afternoon far more memorable than that of Tennessee quarterback Eric Ainge.
