Wisconsin undergrads set their alarms early Monday morning for the annual expedition to get season tickets for the upcoming Badgers football season.
It took 55 minutes for all 12,300 undergraduate tickets to sell out. The tickets, which include all seven home games, cost $168 with a $20 processing fee.
This marked the 22nd year in a row that Wisconsin sold out student season tickets.
The 2014 Badgers will face Western Illinois, Bowling Green, and South Florida at Camp Randall in September. In October, the Badgers will take on Illinois and Maryland, the newest member of the Big Ten. The final home games of the 2014 season occur in November when the Badgers welcome Nebraska back to Madison for the first time since their inaugural game in the Big Ten in 2011.
The Badgers close out their home schedule Nov. 29 against Minnesota.
Wisconsin begins their season Aug. 30 in Houston, Texas, against LSU as part of the AdvoCare Texas Kickoff game.
Correction: A previous version of this story incorrectly listed the time it took for the tickets to sell out. It also incorrectly stated the consecutive number of seasons that undergraduate tickets have sold out.
