A man was arrested on the 900 block of Regent Street after causing property damage in the area with a two-foot-long metal object late Friday night.
According to an MPD report, 21-year-old Samuel A. Dehner initially refused the officer’s request to drop the object, but eventually complied and set the object down.

Dehner struggled with several officers and was arrested by MPD for resisting and obstructing. UWPD also arrested Dehner for criminal property damage.
