Cephus trial to be reset, court says case ‘not ripe’ at this time

The trial for former University of Wisconsin wide receiver Quintez Cephus has been reset.

The Dane County Circuit Court determined that the case is not ripe for trial at this time.

Quintez Cephus enters not guilty plea

According to WKOW, teammates Danny Davis and A. J. Taylor were on the witness list for the prosecution.

Cephus is facing two charges—second degree sexual assault of an intoxicated victim and third degree sexual assault.
