Madison Police Department responded to a call Friday after a man fell off a State Street campus garage ramp while attempting to climb it from the outside.
According to a MPD incident report, a passerby found the 21-year-old man from Oregon, WI unconscious and bleeding on the pavement.
A surveillance feed shows that the man was attempting to climb the ramp of the parking garage and subsequently falling about a minute later.

The surveillance footage only showed the moments before the man hit the pavement and that there were no signs of foul play.
The man was transported to the hospital where he remains in critical condition.
