Couple attacked Sunday in West Gilman Street parking lot

A man had his shoulder dislocated early Sunday morning after being attacked in a parking lot on the 400 block of West Gilman Street.

According to a police report, the victim was walking with his wife and other couples when the suspect began to make suggestive remarks at his wife. An argument ensued, which escalated into a fight.

The suspect punched the victim in the face, causing him to fall to the ground. The victim told police he was then attacked by a second suspect while he was on the ground. The victim also said the first suspect slashed his car tires.
