You’ve heard it thousands of times — April showers bring May flowers. For University of Wisconsin students and Madison locals, spring might never arrive. Seasonal transitions are far from fluid in the midwest, with local meteorologists calling for rain more often than not until the semester ends. 

Yet, there one can find solace hanging out on the gloomier, moody side of the downpour.
