David Giroux

Since November 20th, 2006, David Giroux has served as the Executive Director of Communications and External Relations for the University of Wisconsin System. Giroux holds a Master of Science in Family and Consumer Journalism from UW-Madison. His previous work experience includes public relations positions with the Alliant Energy Corporation and the American Red Cross.[1]. Giroux also held a position as the Director of Public Information for UW Extension.[2] In print, he is typically referenced as a "UW System spokesperson."
