(AP) — Sen. Barack Obama is urging his Wisconsin supporters to vote before Election Day.
The Democrat’s presidential campaign on Monday sent an e-mail to thousands of supporters featuring a video clip of the Illinois senator.
Obama says, “Voting is easy in Wisconsin. You can go do it today.” He then directs them to a Web site and a phone number where they can find out how to vote absentee in person or through the mail.
The message was recorded before Obama took the stage at a rally in La Crosse earlier this month.
The campaigns of Obama and his GOP rival John McCain have each tried to mobilize their supporters to vote absentee before the Nov. 4 election.
