With all wards reporting, University of Wisconsin senior Wyndham Manning defeated freshman Conor O’Hagan 304-146 Tuesday for the District 5 seat on the Dane County Board.

In state races, Supreme Court justice Louis Butler and challenger Michael Gabelman are neck-and-neck, both with 50 percent of the vote at this point.

Also, state voters overwhemingly voted to amend the state constitution by eliminating the governor’s so-called “Frankenstein veto” power.

See Wednesday’s Badger Herald for complete election results.
