With a fraction of the votes in, the Associated Press has called U.S. Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., the winner of the Wisconsin Democratic presidential primary.
Obama leads U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., about 53 to 46 percent at this point.
