Bruckler was taken by the Philadelphia Flyers in the fifth round (150th pick overall), while Campbell’s rights are now owned by the Calgary Flames, which drafted him in the eighth round (233rd pick).
The 6-1, 180-pound Bruckler played last season with the Tri-City Storm in the United States Hockey League (USHL). After joining the Storm last December, Bruckler played in 28 games during the regular season, going 15-8-3 with a 2.48 goals-against average and a .918 save percentage.
Campbell, a 6-4, 180-pound blueliner from Superior, Wisconsin, played the 2000-01 season with the Des Moines Buccaneers of the USHL. He tallied 7-11=18 in 56 games for the Bucs, including three power-play and two game-winning scores.
