With much relief and happiness, Audrey Seiler, after four worry-filled days, has finally returned to the safety of her friends and family. After a dramatic turn of events, we can only rejoice in the fact that she has been found relatively unharmed.
It is with much pride that we commend the community and campus for such an outpouring of compassion, assistance and caring during what was an extremely difficult period of time for those close to Audrey. The amount of help with search parties, posting fliers, creating websites, sending e-mails and making phone calls is a true testament to the character of the city of Madison and the university.
The strength of this community in helping to assist one of its own, in her time of need, has been extraordinary and should not be forgotten. We must extend our highest praise to each and every person who helped to ensure the safe return of Audrey to her family.

This editorial is pretty funny in retrospect.
