Friends:

I am writing this note, to you, to let you know that I am not interested in
doing sexual things. I am not interested in having sex with you nor am I
interested n having of an affair with any one that I know. Sexual affairs,
with perons, are not, at all, within my perview as it is that I am about
greater thngss what go way beyond the sexual doings!

Moral principal is the best, and moral principal is to be followed, and the
following of moral principal is "tht" what is to entail the disallowance of
sexual behavior with persons that one is not married to. When it is that
one is not married, the person that one is married to, that is the person
who one has sexual intamacy with.

I am not married so then that means that I should obstain from any kind of
sexual doings because it is the moral thing to do.

In this regard, I have instructed others in conversation with them that they
should keep their hands to themselves and that it is wrong for others to
place there hands on the physical body of one's personage, and if it be the
case that they should like to place their hands on a persons body, then they
should, pre-emptively, ask, first, before doing so only with, received,
permisson...and that this is the correct way, but perons seem to take
exception with the right way?

When living at 708 Braxton Place; Richard Tolley used to sit udner my open
window and smoke his filthy cigeretts, and he did this with constancy;
moreover, his efforts were those at seducction. I realied that at the time
and again, I was of the dispostion to not be sexually involved with any
person, but the fact of the matter is that persos do not respect me at all
as is proven by their demonstrations, intimidations and brutalities and
disrespectsations levelled agaisnt me, and that they seem to not get it but
they use me with their illicit sexual behavior and intentions what are
contrary to the way of peace, adn the mallifiers are acting of a contrary
and or covert way of their sexual doings and sexual intentins what I am not
willing to do nor to agree with.

In the case of Julius, when I first moved into 1914 Post Road; Julius was
having an affair with a women wha twas bothering him. He mentioned the
mate, to me, and I advised him as related t the means by which to handel the
situation. Julius explaiend, to me, the nature of a dreadful difficullty
what he was having with a women what he wanted.

Julius consulted, with me, about the situkatin and I advised him that he
dshould keep his pecker in his pants; moreover, I told him that if the women
wanted him then the women would protect him from the adversary, and that she
would do this of the means of her doings and that he should not worry about
anything as realted to do with the matter of his, illicit, involvements with
her.

When he talked with me; Julius was genuinely upset and I did the best to
help him to ddal with the situation wherein it was that he had become
entangelled. Where Julius had afforded himself of the wrong action with a
women with whichit was that he was not married, when Julilus had afforded
himself of an improper intimacy and was dealing with the resuls of it, but
when it was all over, of my help, to him, the fat guy, did not even
appreciate that I had resqued him from a, otherwise, disasterous situation
and did so with his following my advise to the best of his ability, but when
her had finaly superceeded on the matter, then he went out of his way to
cause difficulty for me by calilng me "queer" and he did this in the common
area of the apartment building in which it was that I was living at the
time.

So Mr. Rick is telling me that people don't have to commuknicate with me;
but their failure to communicate, with me, is not, at all, the source of the
difficulty, the source of the difficulty is "that" what is having to do with
their moral failure. The source of the difficulty is "that" where others
are acting of an illicit means.

The source of the problem is that one of the illicit sexual behavior as
practiced by others when it is that they are resenting that they need to
stop, and when it is that they do not like the right way of the abstinnanece
then they have a problem with me because of their failure to do the correct
thing when the correct thing is that they should keep their peckers and
their pussys in their pants and to keep their hands off from the, physical,
personages had of others...and in this way it is that when living at varoius
places, others have done me unjustly and they have done violence against me
becasue I wanted to do the right (moral) thing and this is proven by the
tretment what I received at the hands of .............. when living at the
Tellurian shelter where it was that a person was threatening me over some
such similar isues of sexuality?
