A panel from the Associated Students of Madison’s Student Judiciary ruled Wednesday night that it will hear a case brought against Joe Laskowski, chair of the ASM Nominations Board, and ASM Vice Chair Carl Camacho.
The case, brought by SSFC member Matt Modell, accuses Laskowski of political discrimination and Laskowski and Camacho of violating due process when choosing not to appoint Modell to Student Judiciary in September.
Student Judiciary will hear Modell v. ASM Nominations Board et al on Oct. 21.
