Sen. & Rep. Fitzgerald in The New York Times

Wisconsin’s new power couple gets a shoutout

It will certainly be interesting to see how the duo will work with Scott Walker, and the Democrats, to solve the state’s fiscal budget crisis. Speaker-elect Fitzgerald, of Juneau, did end up picking a lot of the same committee chairman as the previous legislative session headed by Ex-Speaker Mike Huebsch (the new Ways & Means chairman).

See below for committee chairmanships.

Hopefully the Herald will get a chance to sit down with Steve Nass in the coming months to discuss his plans for the Colleges and Universities committee, and his opinion on Biddy Martin’s Badger Partnership.
